The pessimists and naysayers have said this policy would either be abused or that it's not entirely real—that our employees feel pressured to never take off. I assure you they're underestimating a positive work culture and are simply wrong. Also, I feel sorry for their workplace.

Was tun? Eine gute juristische Lehre muss stets zwei Perspektiven einnehmen, diejenige der gerade herrschenden argumentativen Praxis und die der kritischen Reflexion und des Weiterentwicklungspotential ihrer Argumente. Eine solche Lehre kann es aber nur geben, wenn dem eine entsprechend kritische Forschung vorausgeht.

Können Politiker durch direkten medialen Zugriff auf das Publikum Glaubwürdigkeit implizit mitführen, um so endlich nur inhaltlich, sachzentriert politisch kommunizieren zu können? Es ist ein Wunsch der Zeit, neue Medientechnologien in der Hinsicht auszubeuten, sich auf Sachfragen konzentrieren zu können. Doch es wird wohl nie gelingen, die Komplexität von politischen Entscheidungen allein auf der Sachebene reduzieren zu können.
